Elect Democratic Women Endorses Rebecca Bennett for Congress
Endorsement highlights Bennett in the fight to expand women’s representation in Congress
Bridgewater, NJ – Navy helicopter pilot, healthcare leader, and mom of two, Rebecca Bennett, the Democratic nominee in New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District, today announced the endorsement of Elect Democratic Women – the only member-led political action committee in the country dedicated to increasing the number of women serving in Congress.

Elect Democratic Women joins a growing coalition behind Bennett’s campaign, which is now part of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s (DCCC) Red to Blue program following her decisive primary victory on June 2. The 7th District is widely considered one of the most competitive House contests of the 2026 cycle.
Rebecca Bennett, Democratic Nominee for Congress in NJ-07, is a former U.S. Navy helicopter pilot, officer in the Air National Guard, business leader in healthcare, and mom of two. Rebecca served in the Navy for over a decade as a helicopter pilot and aircraft commander. After serving her country for over fifteen years in the military and making waves in healthcare innovation, Rebecca is running to unseat Tom Kean, Jr. to build a better future for our community.
